The 20-foot wide parlor level was staged with a modern and traditional design aesthetic that beautifully completes the exposed brick, wooden beams, and gorgeous chef's kitchen. The Hill at 1325 Herkimer is a sleek five-story, 32 unit, contemporary condominium offering outstanding amenities and premium finishes. To emphasize the desirable amenities this building has to offer we staged the common areas, including the lobby, seating areas gym and outdoor spaces. Additionally we staged a 2-bedroom duplex and the traditional 1-bedroom layout unit with a contemporary design to compliment the bright interiors and finishes.
